In a private class, you'll receive expert, customised instruction. A one-to-one lesson is the best place to deal with specific health challenges, so it's the ideal class format if you have a niggling pain that you'd like to focus on. It's also a great option if you're short on time and can't get to a yoga studio, or if you're keen to kickstart a home practice. Together we can work on poses and sequences that will motivate and challenge you. I'll demonstrate the ideal alignment for each pose and help you improve your posture, strength and balance.

I run private classes for up to five people in the comfort of their home. Yoga can be a powerful bonding experience for the family (and a lot of fun), with strength and flexibility work interspersed with energising partner work. The joy of a small class is that each session is tailored both to the dynamic of the group and to the needs of the individual, so every student gets to learn at a pace that suits them. Small classes are also perfect for sporty groups, where athletes need to soothe, stretch and lengthen tight, over-worked muscles.
